Edouard can trace his families roots back to their hometown of Lyon, France. Lyon is the birthplace of French Bistrot, known for a rustic and more flavorful style of French cooking. These simple roots have had a great impact on his cuisine, style, presentation and cooking techniques.
Christine Ice ~ with twenty years of experience in restaurant and hotel food service and event planning has always had a flair for entertaining. She loves to gourmet cook, enjoys fine wine and has a special talent for creating beautiful and extraordinary themed events. |
